At Magical Habitat Art, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, beautiful wall art using the latest digital technology. Each piece is carefully printed on premium canvas, wrapped around a sturdy box frame, and shipped with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
No Returns & No Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Every order is made specifically for you, and as such, all sales are final.
Damaged Items & Replacements
If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement, please follow these steps:
- Inspect the packaging upon delivery. If visible damage is present, take clear photos of the damaged packaging before opening the parcel.
- Check the product for damage. If the artwork itself is damaged, take clear photos showing the issue.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send an email to sales@magicalhabitat.co.za with:
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Your courier reference number
- The time and date of delivery
Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped as soon as possible.
